Stephen Remmers, DMD
Dr. Steve Remmers graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 1989, and he entered private practice that same year in Louisville. He’s completed all levels of training in the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum at the University of the Pacific, concentrating on advanced smile design, occlusal concepts, and full-mouth reconstruction. In 2012, Dr. Steve completed training at the Midwest Implant Institute in Columbus, OH and began surgically placing implants. He has been involved in several implant study clubs in the Louisville area and has been placing All-on-4 implant restorations since 2006. Dr. Steve regularly lectures across the country on implant and restorative procedures.
He’s served as president of the Louisville Dental Society from 2006-2007, and he currently serves as adjunct faculty of the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, working with the extern program.
His private practice currently concentrates on aesthetic reconstruction, implant placement and restoration, conscious sedation, cad/cam technology, sleep medicine, and Invisalign.
Dr. Remmers is a member of American Dental Association, Kentucky Dental Association, Louisville Dental Society, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, and American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. He won a Junior Superior Service Award from the Louisville Dental Society.
When he has free time, Dr. Remmers enjoys biking, golf, music, and travel.
